Refund Policy
Refund Policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
This Refund Policy describes the options available for digital products purchased directly from SOLBRIDGECY LTD through [solbridgecy.com](https://solbridgecy.com) or our app.
1. Our 30-day guarantee
If you are unhappy with your e-book, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
You do not need to show that the product is defective or provide a reason to use this guarantee.
Downloading or viewing the content does not remove your eligibility for our 30-day money-back guarantee.
2. Requesting your refund
To make a request:
- Email contact@solbridgecy.com, preferably from the address used for your purchase.
- Include your order reference. If you cannot find it, provide the purchase date and the email address entered at checkout.
- Add any feedback you would like to share. An explanation is welcome but not required.
3. What happens after you contact us
We acknowledge refund requests within two business days.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once issued, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
These estimates do not extend any refund deadline required by law.
When your purchase is refunded, your licence to use the refunded material ends. Please stop using the content and delete downloaded copies.
4. Additional app purchases
Other e-books, mini-guides, add-ons and digital resources purchased directly from us through the SOLBRIDGECY app are covered by the same 30-day guarantee.
The guarantee period is calculated separately for each item, starting from its purchase date.
If payment was processed through a third-party app store, such as Apple App Store or Google Play, submit the refund request through that store. Its procedures and applicable policies apply, without limiting your statutory rights.
5. Statutory consumer rights
Our voluntary guarantee operates alongside your legal rights and does not replace or restrict them.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK consumers generally have 14 days to cancel a digital-content contract.
That right may end when supply starts if you expressly consented to supply during the cancellation period, acknowledged that you would lose the cancellation right and received the required confirmation.
Our 30-day guarantee remains available even where the statutory cancellation right has ended.
You also retain applicable rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other consumer protection laws where digital content is faulty, incorrectly described or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements. Such rights may apply after the 30-day guarantee has expired.
6. Misuse of the refund guarantee
We may decline a request under our voluntary guarantee where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeatedly purchasing and refunding the same product.
Each case is considered individually. This exception does not affect any refund or other remedy that you are entitled to by law.
7. Duplicate or unfamiliar payments
If you believe a payment has been duplicated or do not recognise a transaction associated with us, contact contact@solbridgecy.com.
Please include the order reference, transaction date and amount if available. Do not send your full card number or card security code.
We will investigate and promptly correct confirmed billing errors. You may also contact your bank or payment provider directly and exercise any applicable payment-dispute rights.
