This Delivery Policy explains how SOLBRIDGECY LTD supplies digital purchases made through [solbridgecy.com](https://solbridgecy.com).
1. Digital delivery only
All SOLBRIDGECY products are digital products supplied electronically.
We do not send printed books or physical parcels. No shipping or delivery charges apply.
2. Receiving your download
After your payment has been successfully processed, we send an email with your order confirmation and download link.
Delivery usually takes a few minutes and will take place within 24 hours of successful payment.
The email is sent to the address you enter at checkout. Please make sure that the address is accurate before placing your order.
3. Devices and file access
Our e-books can be read on computers, tablets and smartphones.
You will need an application or software compatible with the file format supplied.
4. Delivery assistance
If the delivery email has not arrived within 30 minutes:
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Verify the email address used when ordering.

We will resend the download link within one business day of receiving your request.
If you entered the wrong email address, we may need to verify the purchase before sending the link to a corrected address.
