These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of [solbridgecy.com](https://solbridgecy.com), our app and purchases made from SOLBRIDGECY LTD (“SOLBRIDGECY”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Read these Terms before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Our digital products
We provide digital e-books and related educational content, including guides, templates and additional resources.
All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
Product descriptions identify the materials included in each purchase. Cover artwork and mockups are illustrative and do not mean that a printed book or other physical item is supplied.
3. Who can purchase
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to place an order.
You must provide accurate purchase information and be authorised to use the selected payment method.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are displayed in the currency identified on the website or at checkout.
- The total amount, including applicable taxes and any additional charges, is shown before you confirm payment.
- Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase through a third-party payment provider.
- Buying an e-book does not automatically enrol you in a subscription or authorise later purchases.
- Additional purchases require your separate confirmation.

5. Optional app purchases
Our app may offer further digital products, including additional e-books, mini-guides and add-ons.
These purchases are optional and charged separately from your original order. You will see the price before confirming each purchase.
An additional charge is only made when you authorise the purchase. Accessing the app or buying an initial product does not, by itself, permit further charges.
6. Digital delivery
Following successful payment, we deliver your e-book electronically to the email address supplied at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
Please check that your email address is correct and look in your spam or junk folder if the message does not appear.
If you cannot receive or access your content, email contact@solbridgecy.com. Further delivery information is provided in our Delivery Policy.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Our Refund Policy sets out our 30-day money-back guarantee, how to submit a request and the conditions that apply.
This guarantee is additional to your statutory rights and does not limit them.
UK consumers generally have a 14-day cancellation period starting when a digital-content contract is made. This cancellation right may end when supply begins if you have expressly agreed to supply starting during that period, acknowledged the loss of your cancellation right and received the required confirmation.
Acceptance of these Terms alone does not constitute that separate express consent and acknowledgement.
Your rights concerning digital content that is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements remain unaffected.
8. Licence and usage restrictions
Purchasing our content gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own personal purposes or internal business use.
You acquire a right to use the content, not ownership of its intellectual property.
Unless we provide written permission or applicable law allows it, you must not:
- Resell, distribute, share or publish the content, in whole or in part.
- Upload the files to public websites or file-sharing services.
- Remove copyright notices or ownership information.
- Claim that you created or own the content.
9. Intellectual property
The text, e-books, templates, designs, branding and other materials provided through our services belong to SOLBRIDGECY LTD or its licensors.
These materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Rights not expressly granted remain with the relevant owner.
10. Educational purpose
Our products are intended for educational and informational use. They do not replace professional advice tailored to your situation, including legal, financial or business advice.
We do not guarantee specific results, income or business outcomes. Results depend on your circumstances, implementation and other factors beyond our control.
Nothing in this section restricts your statutory rights regarding the quality or description of the content.
11. Customer support and disputes
For order problems or complaints, email contact@solbridgecy.com with your order reference and a description of the issue.
We respond within two business days and will work to resolve the matter, including issuing a refund where appropriate.
We encourage you to contact us for assistance. This does not prevent you from contacting your bank or payment provider, disputing a transaction or pursuing any available legal remedy.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Mandatory consumer protections, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, remain unaffected.
Subject to these protections, and only where legally permitted, our total liability relating to an individual purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. This limit does not apply where it would unlawfully restrict your statutory rights or remedies.
13. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
Consumers residing elsewhere retain the mandatory protections provided by the laws of their country of residence and any right under applicable law to bring proceedings in their local courts.
14. Updates to these Terms
We may amend these Terms when our products, services or legal requirements change.
Any revised version will be published with an updated date. The version in force when you placed your order continues to apply to that purchase.
